How can I be sure I’m choosing a reputable breeder?

Tolcketna Kennels has been breeding Golden Retrievers, Beagles, and Siberian Huskies since 2005. We’re KUSA-registered, and every litter is raised with care, experience, and a focus on health and temperament. Our Golden Retriever studs have undergone hip, elbow, and multiple genetic tests, ensuring the highest breeding standards and long-term health for every puppy.

What kind of health care and vet checks do your puppies receive?

Each puppy is dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and fully vet-checked before leaving for their new home. Puppies are handled daily and gently socialized from an early age to help them grow into confident, well-adjusted companions.

How can I join your waiting list or reserve a puppy?

If puppies are available, you can reserve one by paying a 50% deposit, with the remaining amount due on or before collection.
If no litters are currently available, you can join our waiting list with a small fee. This ensures your place for future litters and may give you priority in choosing your puppy once they’re born.

How much does a puppy cost?

Prices vary depending on breed, litter, and availability. To receive accurate details, please fill out our contact form, or reach out directly via phone or WhatsApp (082 564 6865) or email ([email protected]). We’ll happily provide all the information you need and guide you through the reservation process.

Do you deliver puppies outside the Free State?

Yes. We offer safe, nationwide delivery through a trusted pet courier. Puppies can be transported to major cities such as Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, George, and Port Elizabeth, as well as many smaller towns across South Africa. You’re also welcome to collect your puppy in person from our home in Welkom, Free State.

What comes with my new puppy?

Your puppy will come with a vaccination card, microchip details, and often a starter pack that may include food, a blanket, collar, and toys. While starter items may vary, every puppy leaves with guidance and support to help you begin this exciting journey with confidence.
